Press release about signing the agreement with The Swiss Confederation
On 9th of April, 2010 in Federal Agency of intellectual property, patents and trademarks (Rospatent) had took place the signing ceremony of the Cooperative agreement between Rospatent and Federal antimonopoly service (FAS Russia). The agreement has signed by the head of Rospatent Mr. B.P. Simonov and head of FAS Russia Mr. I.U. Artemyev.

Stage of registration priority in the domain.ÐÔ is been prolonged
The Council of Coordination centre for national domain in the network had decided to prolong the Internet stage of registration priority in the new Russia national domain.ÐÔ till 11th of May 2010.
Shortly the Council of Coordination centre will confirm the new position about registration priority, and then the second stage of registration priority for the domain.ÐÔ will be opened.

In today’s date the European Patent Convention (ЕPC) includes thirty five countries as its members, and three so-called «distribution countries», covering thereby territory of all Europe, and even beyond its geographical borders. Thus, as experience shows, to Russian applicants to remind once again that reception of the European patent yet does not mean automatic reception of patent protection in territory of all countries EPC.
