Privacy and personal data

Updated: 27 October 2026. This policy applies to ipprolaw.com. The operator is ООО ЮФ «Ай Пи Про», referred to below as IPPRO. This version is adapted from the operator's policy for the Crimea website for the functions used on this site.

1. Contacting us

For questions about personal data, requests to access or correct information, or withdrawal of consent, contact inter@ipprolaw.com. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary confidential documents.

2. Information provided in enquiries

Our enquiry forms request your name and email address. Depending on the form, you may also provide your company, telephone number, service of interest and a description of your matter. A message is required on the contact page. We also receive the address of the form page and a technical request identifier. Please provide only information needed to explain your enquiry.

3. Purposes and basis of processing

We use this information to receive and answer enquiries, communicate about requested services and consider possible cooperation. Forms require your express consent to the processing of the information you submit. Other processing, including retention required by applicable law or an agreement, must have an applicable legal basis. A form enquiry does not by itself create a legal-services engagement.

4. Delivery and storage

Enquiries are transmitted to the operator's designated email recipient. Access should be limited to people handling the enquiry and operating the relevant systems. We keep personal data for the time needed for its processing purpose, unless an applicable obligation or agreement provides another basis for retention. A request to withdraw consent does not automatically override a lawful obligation to retain information.

The form code does not write names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to public website logs or browser localStorage. Server-side anti-abuse and duplicate-submission records contain technical identifiers, hashes, timestamps and processing status, outside the public web folder. Hosting and email services may also maintain their own operational records.

5. Cookies and traffic analytics

The site uses Yandex.Metrika counter 22493836 and Google Analytics property tag G-B9R631P5N1 to understand visits, page use and interactions with navigation and contact links. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and technical information about visits and devices. The site configuration does not enable Webvisor session recording.

Our custom enquiry events contain no form-field values. Query strings and fragments are removed from page URLs passed by our analytics entry code, and referrers are reduced to their origin. This does not make third-party analytics anonymous or eliminate the need to manage applicable privacy requirements.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the controls offered by the relevant analytics service. Blocking analytics does not prevent reading the site's main HTML content or contacting us by email. See Yandex privacy information and Google privacy information.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, email and analytics providers process information as needed to provide their services. Disclosure or cross-border processing must be assessed under the applicable rules and the operator's arrangements. We do not publish your enquiry or include its contents in custom analytics events. Information may also be provided where required by applicable law.

7. Your requests

You may contact the operator about information it holds concerning you, corrections, the purposes of processing, withdrawal of consent or termination of processing, subject to applicable rights and retention grounds. Use the contact email above and identify the enquiry concerned. We may need information sufficient to verify the request, without collecting more than necessary.

8. Security and confidentiality

Processing must be restricted to the relevant purposes and access needs. The site uses HTTPS, server-side field checks, request-size limits and protection against repeated submissions. These measures do not guarantee absolute security or replace the operator's organisational safeguards. Please use an agreed secure channel for documents requiring special confidentiality.

9. Changes

The current version is available at https://ipprolaw.com/privacy.html. The operator may update this policy when site functions or processing arrangements change. 中文版.
