Patent Attorney / Patent Engineer
Drafting and prosecution of patent applications in Russia and internationally. Experience in mechanical engineering, electronics, or software preferred. Knowledge of Russian and English required.
Trademark Attorney
Handling trademark registration, oppositions, and cancellation proceedings before Rospatent and WIPO. Experience with Russian trademark law and international applications (Madrid System) preferred.
IP Litigation Specialist
Representing clients in IP disputes before Russian courts and IP-related arbitration. Experience in civil litigation and IP enforcement required. Fluency in Russian required, English is an advantage.
IP Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Supporting attorneys with document preparation, deadline tracking, and client communications. Attention to detail and organizational skills essential. Legal education preferred.
